i got intro-ed to another fun

procrastinating yet again
had arranged to hit the gym with HANZ
but i excuse myself with backache and being tired...
arghhh
nevertheless
trying really hard nowadays to keep a healthy lifestyle
those chronic diseases can be really scary
the thought of hitting them at young age scares me
forcing myself to have a healthy eating habits
force myself to drink milk, not my fave drink...
force myself to have frequent bowels movements
and
i guess exercise too!
